I love seeing your charts at the Beacon Farmers Market, Julia! I always look forward to visiting LSF at the market and try to snap a chalkboard photo to cook at home 🥰
Your charts are the BEST!! Here's my favorite meal lately: Into the cast iron pan go a large amount of sliced savoy cabbage; cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half; garbanzo beans; a sausage of choice if I have it on hand. Mix with several generous glugs of olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast @ 400 20-25 minutes or so, maybe longer! When finished roasting, top with feta or goat cheese or both. So delicious! I credit you, Julia, for inspiring creativity in the kitchen! ❤️
Fun to see these new charts even (from the PNW!). And I just want to say again how much I love What Goes with What! Made the almond cake last night (a winner) and tomato coconut soup from memory the night before, because why not wing it? Was delicious and the ginger I added was a nice extra layer. We have a family of 5 coming for an extended weekend later this week, with one vegetarian, one gluten-free eater, and two middle schoolers. I love the suggestions for adapting everything, in so many ways—but it’s the lovely extras that really are making the dishes pop! Fun to have new options to make delicious things for people I care about. Excited to be here, and to have a new source of inspiration for playing more in the kitchen.
