I made it tonight. So good and so quick and easy! I used regular pasta (followed your instructions on venting) because I didn’t have whole wheat. Now I have something else (in addition to all the dried beans I cook) to make in my Instant Pot!
Do you think this would freeze okay? Made it for lunches this week and added a bell pepper, an onion, and more meat than it called for cause I had a package that was 1.3 lbs. not sure I’ll eat it all and would love to freeze a few portions!
Hi megan! I'm so glad you made it! I think it would freeze okay...by the time it defrosts and you reheat it, it may lose some of its al dente-ness...but it will still be tasty!!

I too held off on getting an Instant Pot for ages. I use it only only to cook dried beans Your pasta recipe sounds amazing! Can’t wait to try it!

that's a great question! I don't have another recipe that's as magical as this one but this is good motivation to figure one out!!
