Love this! I threw my husband a graduation party in May when he graduated with his MSN. I fretted over how to easily (and affordably) feed 30 people at a come-and-go party. I finally landed on a beautiful tray of banh mi sandwiches, and it is now going to be my go-to party move. So easy, so delicious, and people LOVED it. Getting a gigantic four-foot sandwich ups the fun factor, too!
