The vegetarian chicken is sooooo good!!! I think it tastes remarkably like chicken. I also like their regular roasted chicken base and the roasted garlic!!!

I've been a fan of yours for a while now, and I have to say one of the things I admire most about you is how approachable and kind you are in all of those interactions. I have a husband who doesn’t like Green bell peppers, celery, any berries with seeds, or coconut. I don’t have children, but pretty sure this is like having a 4 year old.
My copy came yesterday and I'm very excited to dig into it! I love charts and yours make so much sense to me, and I'm also hopeful that this cookbook might help me support my neurodivergent young adult kid who is looking to get more confident about navigating food and the kitchen. Thank you!
