Happy tomato season! Whenever I see a farm-grown Green Zebra, I must have it. I slice it thick and put on toasted bread with a layer of goat cheese underneath and lots of Maldon on top. 😋

A note to everyone...I made Grandma's Raw Tomato Ziti (what goes with what pg. 196) last night...damn...my husband and I crushed it..talked about it all night and I just made it again this morning. No shame. SO GOOD!
