Welcome to Keep Calm & Cook On: The Newsletter, a newsletter from Julia Turshen (me!) about making, eating + thinking about food.
I’m a home cook who writes for other home cooks. Like the miscellaneous drawer in my kitchen, this newsletter will have a little bit of everything— recipes, essays, helpful ideas, interviews, and more. If you’ve enjoyed any of my work (cookbooks, classes, podcast, articles, etc.), I have a feeling you’ll really enjoy this newsletter. I’m so excited to have a new way of sharing my thoughts + writing with all of you. I plan to send something out weekly (sometimes it’ll be a little more, sometimes a little less). Paid subscribers ($6/month or $60/year…which is $5/month) will get everything. Free subscribers will only get occasional posts. I appreciate you supporting my work.
