I was a CA olive ranch person for a long time, but then started buying Graza at Costco and it's good enough to cook with, but I don't actually like the flavor when it's in salad dressing, or drizzled on top of hummus. We randomly switched to it a few months ago b/c it was on special at Costco, and I immediately said "oh this is what we're buying from now on" - it's that good. Then I got a random email from this great Chicago restaurant (Maxwell's Trading) yesterday with a pic of the chef holding a bottle of the oil and telling home cooks he recommends it. And now you! So we know it's truly legit. :) What a great rec!

One of my favorite dinner to transport to my daughter's house is chicken thighs and fries. My grandkid love it too!! All a good win for everyone.
