I was early to something today so I sat in my car and scrolled through my phone and picked a few of my favorite photos from this past year. It made me realize how much has happened in just a year…and also how quickly it’s all flown. I thought I’d offer highlights with you all as this newsletter community has become one of my favorite places to just reflect + share. Thanks for being here. It has meant, and means, a lot. I do have a question. My amazing husband has been suffering from long covid so I’ve been taking on more responsibilities in the home and trying to make things more efficient so I don’t get burned out. Do you have any suggestions for NO CHOP meals (especially dinner). I want to keep feeding us nourishing, delicious food, but maybe with a little less overall work.
